Cho Kuk's Daughter Fails Residency at Myongji Hospital... Competition Ratio '1 to 1'
Emergency Medicine Application... Myongji Hospital Recruits Only One Staff Member for the Department
[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] It has been reported that Cho Mo (30), the daughter of former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk, failed to pass the residency program at Myongji Hospital in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
On the 24th, Cho was not included in the '2022 Resident Final Successful Candidates Announcement' list posted on Myongji Hospital's website.
Earlier, last month, Myongji Hospital announced a recruitment notice for residents targeting those who completed their internship, and interviews were conducted on the 21st.
It is known that Cho applied to the Department of Emergency Medicine.
Myongji Hospital planned to select two candidates for the department through this recruitment, but only one candidate, excluding Cho, was selected. There were a total of two applicants, making the competition ratio 1:1.
Meanwhile, Pusan National University decided to cancel Cho's admission to the Graduate School of Medicine in August and is proceeding with follow-up procedures.
