On the same day, Bank President Bang Moon-kyu met with Kim Sang-gyun, Secretary General of the Community Chest of Korea, at the bank’s headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, and delivered 2.5 billion KRW in donations.

For medical workers experiencing fatigue due to COVID-19 response duties, winter supplies and health supplements will be provided to boost morale and promote health. For low-income vulnerable groups, heating costs will be supported and meal kits will be delivered to alleviate economic burdens during the cold season.
At the donation ceremony, President Bang said, “Due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, difficulties are increasingly mounting for frontline medical workers and vulnerable groups,” adding, “We will continue to set an example to contribute to the sustainability of our society and the global community.”
