[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Kia announced on the 22nd that it awarded the title of 'Grand Master' to Sales Manager Yoon Seok-chan of the Yeongdeungpo branch in Seoul.
The Kia Grand Master title is given to outstanding sales staff who have achieved cumulative sales of 4,000 vehicles while working at Kia. Manager Yoon joined Kia in 1990 and has sold an average of about 130 cars annually, surpassing 4,000 sales this year after 31 years with the company.
Manager Yoon said, "By always challenging myself and doing my best, I have reached this honorable moment as a Grand Master. I feel the greatest reward when I see customers satisfied. I will do my best to take another step forward with this Grand Master title and want to share this honor with all customers and those around me."

Kia operates a long-term sales honor reward system to boost the pride of sales staff and encourage healthy sales competition. The system awards titles and prizes based on cumulative sales: 'Star' for 2,000 units, 'Master' for 3,000 units, 'Grand Master' for 4,000 units, and 'Great Master' for 5,000 units.
