Hana Bank and Jump Company Sign Business Agreement for 'PropTech Platform Collaboration'

Jump Company is a proptech specialist applying IT technology to the commercial real estate market through the knowledge industry center specialized platform ‘Jump’ and the real estate asset management solution ‘Jump Asset,’ helping users easily with real estate services such as sales, purchase, and leasing.
Through this agreement, Hana Bank will provide financial services such as interim and final payment loans for commercial real estate including knowledge industry centers to small and medium-sized enterprises and individual business owners using Jump Company's platform ‘Jump’ service. In addition, they will cooperate on various partnership projects, including developing and providing a dedicated corporate card for automatic rent payment to enhance convenience in commercial real estate lease management.
Furthermore, Hana Bank plans to support funding necessary for the separate independent company spin-off in the real estate facility comprehensive management service division to strengthen Jump Company's service competitiveness and improve management efficiency.
