Park Cha-hoon, Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association Chairman, Successfully Reappointed... Term to Restart This March
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Park Cha-hoon, the current president of Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association, has succeeded in his reappointment. His term is four years, starting from March 15, 2022.
The Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association announced that Park Cha-hoon was elected as the 18th president. This election was a three-way contest among President Park, former Central Association director Kim Young-jae, and Lee Soon-soo, advisor of Anyang Nambu Saemaeul Geumgo.
The voting took place at the MG Human Resources Development Center in Cheonan, Chungnam, with about 350 central association delegates participating via an online voting system.

Meanwhile, the elected President Park Cha-hoon was born in 1957 and has previously received the 17th Saemaeul Geumgo Grand Prize in 2008 and the Republic of Korea Saemaeul Medal of Effort in 2013.
