The joint safety and health inspection, carried out quarterly by T'way Air and its partner companies, aims to ensure the safety of on-site workers and to prevent safety hazards in advance.
In this inspection, representatives, safety managers, and workers from partner companies responsible for passenger and ground handling, cabin cleaning, and disinfection formed a joint inspection team with T'way Air to examine each work site located within Gimpo Airport.
The inspection particularly focused on safety rules for working on aerial work platforms and familiarizing workers with the newly provided safety harnesses, emphasizing safety regulations to be followed during high-altitude work on the airport ramp. After the inspection, they discussed measures to create a safe workplace in relation to the Serious Accident Punishment Act scheduled to be enforced next year with on-site staff.
