SK Magic Introduces E-Catalog Using Tablets
Strengthening Customer Communication and Eco-Friendly Management
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] SK Magic (CEO Yoon Yoseop) announced on the 13th that it has introduced an E-catalog using tablets to enhance customer communication and eco-friendly management.
The E-catalog is an electronic catalog that can be implemented in digital environments such as web, mobile, and tablets. SK Magic transmits and manages all information about products and services in real time at sales sites. Tablets have been distributed to about 4,000 MCs (Magic Care) nationwide who are in charge of door-to-door sales and services, providing real-time information necessary for sales sites such as various products, services, prices, and promotions.
In addition, customized information such as catalogs, promotions, price comparisons for each service, and estimates can be provided to customers anytime and anywhere via text messages and messengers. In the future, a virtual interior program function that allows 3D images and pre-placement of spaces will be introduced to provide customers with more detailed and optimized information.
With the introduction of this E-catalog, the company expects to achieve a triple effect of strengthening customer communication, reducing costs, and protecting the environment. It will save more than 2 billion KRW annually in costs incurred from producing paper catalogs such as printing and delivery, and reduce more than 40 tons of carbon dioxide annually. This is equivalent to planting 4,000 pine trees every year.
