On the 13th, Lotte Hotel stated, "We named our premium meal kit brand 'Lotte Hotel 1979' to embody the philosophy and experience of fine dining that has continued since 1979," adding, "The first product, 'Herb Lamb Chops,' developed with great care by Lotte Hotel chefs, will be exclusively sold on Lotte Shopping's integrated online mall, Lotte ON."
The product offers 7 to 8 pieces of French rack, the highest-grade part of lamb ribs from young lambs naturally grazed in New Zealand's pristine areas, portioned by weight. The French rack includes ribs from the 5th to the 12th and is characterized by its tender texture and rich juice.
Ratatouille, which allows you to taste the flavors of the Provence region in France, and cauliflower, known as a representative of white foods, are also provided to enjoy a variety of tastes and textures. A detailed recipe including instructions on how to cook the meat is enclosed for easy preparation. Luxurious plating techniques are also included to help you set an elegant table at home.
This product can be ordered on Lotte ON until midnight every Wednesday. To maintain freshness, the product is prepared and shipped on Thursday after the order deadline, and can be received on Friday. It is sold in limited quantities with once-a-week delivery. The price is 49,500 KRW (for 2 servings).
