Light Rain Below 5mm Expected Tomorrow Morning in Seoul Metropolitan Area and Central Regions

On the 9th, the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) reported that instead of rain, snow may fall in the northern part of Gangwon Yeongseo. Additionally, raindrops are expected to fall in the eastern part of Jeolla and the inland northern part of Gyeongbuk.
A KMA official warned, “Ice may form on surfaces such as elevated roads, tunnel entrances, and mountain passes where the ground temperature is low, causing black ice. Please be cautious.”
The minimum temperature on the morning of the 10th will range from 0 to 8 degrees Celsius, rising compared to the 9th (from -4.2 degrees to 8.7 degrees Celsius). The maximum daytime temperature will be between 8 and 17 degrees Celsius, similar to the 9th (4.0 to 16.9 degrees Celsius).
The expected minimum and maximum temperatures in major cities are Seoul 5°C and 11°C, Incheon 7°C and 11°C, Daejeon 3°C and 12°C, Gwangju 6°C and 14°C, Daegu 3°C and 14°C, Ulsan 6°C and 17°C, and Busan 8°C and 17°C. The mild weather is expected to continue until Saturday, the 11th.
On the 10th, fine dust levels will be ‘bad’ in the Seoul metropolitan area, Sejong, Chungcheong, and Daegu. Other regions will have ‘good’ or ‘moderate’ levels.
