At the briefing on the 2022 CSAT grading results held at the Government Sejong Complex on the 9th, Kang Taejoong, President of the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation, stated, "The perfect scorer is a student who received perfect scores in Korean and Mathematics, first grade in the absolute evaluation subjects English and Korean History, and also perfect scores in the remaining inquiry subjects. There was only one student who met these conditions."
The student is a graduate and took the social inquiry subjects. The Institute did not disclose the specific subjects taken by the perfect scorer.
President Kang said, "There are at least several thousand students with the potential to achieve a perfect score on the CSAT. Although all these thousands of students have that potential, due to various factors, I believe only one student was fortunate enough to achieve the perfect score."
