NC Fan Platform 'Universe' Surpasses 20 Million Downloads
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] NCSoft's fandom platform 'Universe' has surpassed 20 million downloads just 10 months after its launch.
According to NCSoft on the 7th, Universe was simultaneously launched in 134 countries this year and has since expanded its service to 233 countries. The monthly active users (MAU) number about 4.4 million, with overseas users accounting for 89%.
Since its launch, Universe has released a total of 5,122 original contents, recording a cumulative view count of 21.46 million. The number of artists participating in Universe is 30 teams. The number of artists has tripled from 11 teams at launch in about a year.

NCSoft plans to hold the Universe Awards ceremony to celebrate 20 million downloads. They will select categories such as Popular Planet, Popular Content, and Communication King, and also release videos of artists' acceptance speeches.
