The Born Korea Bonga Launches Special Beef Cut 'Deungsimchuri'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] The beef specialty brand Bonga, operated by The Born Korea, announced on the 6th that it will newly launch ‘Deungsimchuri,’ a rare special beef cut.
Deungsimchuri is a special cut that produces about 1kg (0.64%) per cow. It is attached below the richly marbled sirloin, characterized by fine grain and tender meat quality. With a proper mix of fat and lean meat, it is rich in juice and has a distinctive deep beef aroma. The combination of soft yet light flavor and chewy texture offers a diverse taste experience.
It is provided sliced diagonally for easy grilling, and can be enjoyed even more deliciously by pairing it with nine kinds of various ssam vegetables, radish salad, and green onion salad served as basic side dishes according to your preference.
It is sold at Bonga stores nationwide and can be ordered for two or more servings.
