Former Dutch Queen Beatrix Tests Positive for COVID-19
[Asia Economy International Department Reporter] Beatrix, former Queen of the Netherlands (83), has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Dutch Press Office announced on the 4th (local time) in a statement that former Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands has been confirmed positive for COVID-19. After abdicating, Beatrix became a princess and recently showed "mild cold symptoms," prompting her to get tested.
The Press Office stated, "The princess is currently staying alone at home following the rules for confirmed cases."
