Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station Attaches Stickers to Prevent Bridge Jumping Accidents

Gwangsan Fire Station recently held a meeting in collaboration with the Gwangju Suicide Prevention Center, affiliated with the Gwangju Metropolitan Mental Health Welfare Center, to prevent suicide attempts in the area.
During the meeting, they discussed methods for promoting suicide prevention and decided to attach suicide prevention stickers to the railings of Gwangsin Bridge and Sandong Bridge.

Song Seonghun, chief of Gwangsan Fire Station, said, “We will continue to seek measures to prevent suicide accidents, including guidance on mental health crisis counseling.”
