[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] BMW Korea announced on the 30th that it will launch two online limited edition models for December at 3 PM on the 7th of next month.
The December models are the ‘New X3 M Competition Marina Bay Blue Edition’ and the ‘New M4 Coupe Competition M xDrive First Edition,’ which will be sold through the online sales channel ‘BMW Shop Online.’
The BMW New X3 M Competition Marina Bay Blue Edition is a model commemorating the launch of the M high-performance model New X3 M Competition, introduced by BMW Korea in Korea this month, and will be limited to only 9 units.
The New X3 M Competition Marina Bay Blue Edition features the exclusive M model color, M Marina Bay Blue, on the exterior body, along with carbon mirror caps and 21-inch V-spoke wheels, emphasizing a more special and sporty feel.
Under the hood, it is equipped with an M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder gasoline engine delivering a maximum output of 510 horsepower and a maximum torque of 66.3 kg·m, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.
Additionally, it features Adaptive M Suspension, M Sport Differential, and M Compound Brakes, delivering sports car-level driving performance.
The price of the New X3 M Competition Marina Bay Blue Edition is 118.4 million KRW. (Including VAT, with a 3.5% individual consumption tax applied)
The New M4 Coupe Competition M xDrive First Edition will also be sold through BMW Shop Online.
The New M4 Competition M xDrive, introduced for the first time in Korea, is the lineup’s first all-wheel-drive model, equipped with an M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder gasoline engine producing 510 horsepower and 66.3 kg·m of torque, along with the M xDrive system.
It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, and thanks to the M xDrive, which can perfectly switch between rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, and the Active M Differential that actively distributes power to the left and right rear wheels, the company emphasized that drivers can fully enjoy the extreme driving pleasure unique to BMW M.
