Neowiz Subsidiary 'Addiscorp' Merged into 'T&K Factory'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Neowiz announced on the 29th that its advertising monetization specialized platform subsidiary, Addiscope, has signed an absorption merger agreement with T&K Factory.
The merger date is set for the 24th of next month. The surviving company, T&K Factory, will become a subsidiary with Neowiz securing a 50% stake.
T&K Factory, established in June 2011, is a mobile advertising specialized company. It independently develops and operates various advertising platforms including reward-based ads, display banners, and ad purchasing platforms. It has the advantage of providing total advertising services encompassing entire apps and services, and offers revenue optimization technology across various mobile service sectors.

Neowiz plans to combine the know-how of both companies in operations and service areas to create synergy. Additionally, it will actively pursue business expansion targeting the global market, and promote marketing support for indie developers using the advertising platform owned by T&K Factory.
