On the 28th, Japan's Mainichi Shimbun reported that Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida (岸田文雄) announced this during an inspection ceremony held on the 27th at the Asaka (朝霞) garrison of the Ground Self-Defense Force located in Nerima (練馬) Ward, Tokyo (東京都).
