View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] LG Electronics announced on the 28th that it is operating the production lines for major home appliances supplied to the U.S. market at full capacity ahead of the year-end peak season.
To respond to the surge in demand for home appliances in the U.S. due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, LG Electronics has expanded the local production lines for major home appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators from a daytime-only production system to a day-and-night production system since August last year.
