Suncheon Cultural Foundation Holds 2023 Jeonnam Arts Club Achievement Presentation
On Sunday, the 28th, 'Time When Hobbies Become Artworks'
[Suncheon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Suncheon Cultural Foundation (Chairman Heo Seok) announced on the 26th that it will hold a performance presentation for art clubs selected for the ‘2021 Jeonnam Art Club Activity Support Project’ at the Suncheonman Dalbam Night Market on the 28th.
The Jeonnam Cultural Foundation, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Jeollanam-do, organizes the Jeonnam Art Club Activity Support Project to establish a citizen-centered sustainable cultural and artistic ecosystem and to strengthen the capabilities of local clubs focused on demand by supporting professional instructors for 20 art clubs in the Suncheon area.
At the presentation, 18 teams including saxophone, ukulele, calligraphy, embroidery, Korean traditional music, and dance will perform, and 2 teams will hold exhibition experiences. Over 200 club members ranging from 20-year-old youths to 70-year-old seniors will actively participate, enhancing their quality of life through everyday cultural activities and turning hobbies into artworks.
