According to the police on the 26th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency stated, "Temporary checkpoints will be operated in major downtown areas such as Gwanghwamun and Yeouido, and subway trains and route buses in these areas may pass without stopping," adding, "Therefore, traffic inconvenience is expected in the downtown and Yeouido areas."

If driving is unavoidable, please detour around congested areas and follow the traffic police's hand signal controls."
