Vice Chairman Lee Dong-woo was born in 1960 and graduated from Shinil High School, majored in Business Administration at Konkuk University, and earned an MBA from Yonsei University. He joined Lotte Department Store in 1986 and served as Head of the Management Support Division and Jamsil Store Manager. From 2012 to 2014, he was CEO of Lotte World, and from 2015 to 2020, CEO of Lotte Hi-Mart. Since 2020, he has been co-CEO of Lotte Holdings, overseeing the group's business strategy and finance. Vice Chairman Lee is recognized for promoting new businesses such as bio and healthcare to strengthen the group's future capabilities, and for contributing to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management and enhancing brand value.
