The two organizations will promote the following to encourage and support university students' social volunteer activities: ▲ volunteer activity education and sharing of volunteer activity programs ▲ support for volunteer programs through an organic cooperation system ▲ recognition of volunteer activities ▲ utilization of field experience institutions.
Professor Jeon In-cheol of the Department of Optometry at Dongshin University said, "Through collaboration with the Jeonnam Opticians Association, we will carry out various volunteer activities such as vision tests and customized eyeglass support for the underprivileged," adding, "This will not only contribute to the local community but also provide current students with opportunities to develop practical field skills."
