Muheop-Seoul Customs Sign 'FTA Certified Exporter and AEO Authorized Company Export Support Business Agreement'

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] The Korea International Trade Association (KITA) and Seoul Main Customs Office announced on the 22nd that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Trade Tower in Samseong-dong, Seoul, to support promising small and medium-sized export companies, including those certified as Free Trade Agreement (FTA) exporters and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) companies.
About 10 officials, including KITA Executive Director Shin Seung-kwan and Seoul Customs Director Sung Tae-gon, attended the signing ceremony. Based on this agreement, KITA will support non-face-to-face marketing such as creating online exhibition halls, promotion, buyer matching, and video consultations for excellent small and medium enterprises certified by Seoul Customs.
On the occasion of the signing ceremony, KITA also opened the 'FTA Special Exhibition Hall' on TradeKorea, a B2B trading platform. The special exhibition hall hosts 98 companies certified as FTA exporters and AEO companies. These companies can receive marketing services from KITA, export support programs from Seoul Customs, customs administration consulting, and training.
