Police Arrest High School Student for Illegal Filming Under Skirt at Amusement Park

Mr. A is accused of illegally filming under the skirt of a woman in her 20s, a female college student, with a mobile phone while waiting in line for a ride at an amusement park in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, at around 5:25 p.m. the previous day. Citizens nearby noticed something suspicious, called a staff member, and the staff reportedly reported it to the police.
