Tenant's Home Entered by Landlord Using Master Code for Door Lock... Police Investigation Underway

The Gwangju Bukbu Police Station announced on the 18th that they have booked and are investigating landlord Mr. A on charges of trespassing for entering the tenant's home using a master key.
Mr. A is accused of entering tenant Mr. B's residence located in Yongbong-dong, Gwangju Metropolitan City, around 4 p.m. on the 8th to replace a chair, using the master key without authorization.
Police who responded to the report initially issued warnings and took on-site measures based on Mr. A's claim that he entered to replace a chair, but after Mr. B filed a complaint on the 16th, the investigation resumed.
It is known that Mr. A stated he rang the doorbell but, receiving no response, used the master key to open the door.
The police plan to conduct a thorough investigation through questioning the complainant to ascertain the exact details of the incident.
