Hana Bank, Internet Banking Homepage Revamp
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hana Bank announced on the 18th that it has revamped its internet banking homepage, focusing on improving key functions such as inquiry and transfer.
This revamp maintains all existing transaction functions while removing unnecessary elements through UI improvements and reorganizing the screen more intuitively for easier use.
On the homepage's main screen, the event banner area was reduced and the menu was simplified around frequently used transaction buttons. In the inquiry and transfer screens, which account for most transactions, scrolling was reduced by about 50% compared to before, enhancing customer convenience by allowing all financial asset statuses to be viewed and transactions to be made on a single page.
Additionally, the bank enabled handling both internal transfers and open banking transfers on one screen and allowed adding additional memos after completing transactions, providing users with the same user experience as Hana OneQ, making internet banking easy and convenient to use.
