Starting at the end of this year with Buk-myeon Mudong District Dongwon Royal Duke (1,150 households) and Gamgye District Gamgye Desiang (1,000 households), by May next year, it will sell 9,888 households including Naedong Daesang Park in Seongsan-gu (1,779 households), Sahwa Park in Sahwa-dong, Uichang-gu (1,965 households), Jeodeok-dong Dongil Suite in Jinhae-gu (613 households), Yangdeok 4 District in Yangdeok-dong, Masanhoewon-gu (981 households), Hapjeong 2 District in Hapjeong-dong, Masanhoewon-gu (663 households), Daewon 1 District in Daewon-dong, Seongsan-gu (951 households), and Gaeum 8 District in Gaeum-dong, Seongsan-gu (786 households).
Yangdeok 4 District, Hapjeong 2 District, Daewon 1 District, and Gaeum 8 District are redevelopment or reconstruction projects.
Riding the nationwide rise in real estate prices, Changwon City's housing market is also unstable, centered on apartments.
