Fairmont Ambassador Seoul Launches 'Festive High Tea at Fairmont'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Fairmont Ambassador Seoul announced on the 17th that it will offer the 'Festive High Tea at Fairmont' targeting the year-end season at the hotel's first-floor 'The Atrium Lounge' from the 22nd of this month until the 31st of next month.
Seven dessert items will be provided. The gingerhouse, a gingerbread cookie representing Christmas, is enhanced with meringue and chocolate decorations. The mini Stollen is a mini version of the German fruit cake Stollen, decorated with a sugar ribbon. The chestnut Paris-Brest is inspired by the Paris-Brest, a round crown-shaped cake made from choux pastry. It emphasizes sweetness by including chestnut cream, peeled chestnuts, and marron glac?. In addition, Santa macarons, strawberry ornaments, and homemade scones are also prepared.
For savory (palate-cleansing) items, Canadian-style lobster rolls, chestnut and mushroom vol-au-vent, turkey tart, and smoked salmon quiche are prepared. Fairmont's homemade ice cream is also included.
