Coway, Achieves 'Customer Satisfaction Management System ISO 10002' for 3 Consecutive Years
Systematic and Reliable Response Evaluation to Customer Needs and Expectations
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Coway (CEO Lee Hae-seon and Seo Jang-won) announced on the 15th that it has obtained the 'Customer Satisfaction Management System (ISO 10002)' certification from the Korea Management Certification Institute for three consecutive years. The 'Customer Satisfaction Management System ISO 10002' certification is an international certification recognizing companies that systematically and reliably respond to customer demands and expectations according to the customer satisfaction management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Coway first acquired the ISO 10002 certification in 2019 and maintained the customer satisfaction management system certification for three consecutive years by receiving a conformity judgment in the follow-up audit conducted this year. Coway explained that it received excellent evaluations in this audit for closely analyzing customer demands and providing services that customers need, thereby strengthening customer-oriented services.
Coway introduced the 'Codi Service Kit,' which visualizes management services by reflecting customers' opinions wanting to know the service details between visit management services. This is Coway's specialized service tool that sterilizes the inside of the water purifier with clean water filtered through a filter and informs the service progress through sound and screen. Additionally, Coway provides visible safety services in response to customers' increased hygiene management needs. For customers using ice water purifiers, Coway introduced the 'Safety Photo Service,' which sends photos of the inside tank of the ice water purifier after visit management. Moreover, Coway is conducting various customer satisfaction activities to respond quickly and accurately to customer demands, including the introduction of a new concept video consultation service called the Visible Consultation Service.
