Gyeonggi Economic Science Institute Launches 'Safety Bell' Project for Single-Person Households and Stores
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is recruiting participants for the Gyeonggi Ansim Bell service.
The Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency announced on the 15th that it is recruiting participants for the 'Gyeonggi Ansim Bell' service targeting single-person households and single-person stores in the Suwon and Ansan areas until the end of next month.
The Gyeonggi Ansim Bell service was pilot-operated last year with about 1,000 service participants from Suwon and Ansan cities to serve as a Gyeonggi-do type safety keeper through public-private cooperation.
This year, about 3,000 participants are being recruited targeting residents of Wumandong and Ingye-dong in Suwon City, as well as single-person households and single-person stores in Ansan City.
The Gyeonggi Economic Science Agency plans to additionally produce mobile Ansim Bells and support both fixed and mobile Ansim Bells.
Service applications are accepted until the end of next month and can be made by downloading the Gyeonggi Ansim Bell website and app. After applying, delivery tracking and other services can also be checked through the platform. Applicants who complete the registration will undergo a verification process for single-person households or single-person stores and will be sequentially provided with the 'Gyeonggi Emergency Bell' free of charge.
