NongHyup Bank IT Division Receives Plaque of Appreciation at the 51st Lazarus Day Event
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank IT Division announced on the 15th that it received a plaque of appreciation for its continuous sharing activities, including 20 years of long-term sponsorship, at the '51st Lazarus Day' event.
Seong Lazarus Village, located on Wongol-ro in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do, is the first Catholic leprosy care institution in Korea, established on June 2, 1950, to provide treatment for indigent leprosy patients and create conditions for the social reintegration and self-sufficiency of cured patients. Nonghyup Bank has been sponsoring donations since 2001.
Employees of Nonghyup IT Division have voluntarily participated and have been sponsoring donations to 'SOS Children's Village' since 1988 and 'Monica's House' since 1997.
