Kookmin Bank Offers Prizes for Participation in KB Good Job Job Fair Survey
Online Job Festival with 350 Companies and 180,000 Job Seekers
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 15th that it will conduct a survey targeting participants of the job fair through the KB Good Job website until the 19th and hold an event offering prizes to the first 300 respondents.
Through the survey, the bank plans to actively listen to and reflect the opinions of job seekers and recruiting companies regarding the future operation of job fairs. Starting in 2022, it aims to support more proactive job connections by combining the advantages of both online and offline job fairs, allowing various companies and job seekers nationwide to participate.
The ‘2021 2nd KB Good Job Ontact Job Fair,’ held via the KB Good Job website and mobile application (app) from the 1st to the 12th, ended successfully.
Since 2011, KB Kookmin Bank has held the KB Good Job Excellent Company Job Fair annually to provide recruitment opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies while increasing employment rates for job seekers. Marking its 20th year, this year’s event was conducted as a non-face-to-face Ontact job fair, receiving enthusiastic responses with participation from over 350 companies and 180,000 job seekers.
This job fair was enhanced by expanding participation from excellent companies and those with high future growth potential, as well as by strengthening employment support content for job seekers. Various contents were introduced and well received, including mock interview experiences offering consulting for video interview preparation, ASMR content to help job seekers focus and relax, MBTI job recommendation videos, and customized job posting recommendations.

A KB Kookmin Bank official said, “We are grateful for the great interest and support shown for this job fair,” adding, “Next year, we will do our best to practice ‘Finance that Changes the World’ by hosting a job fair suitable for the With-Corona era.”
