Sinan-gun 'Winter Flower Festival... A Festival of 30 Million Baby Camellia Flowers'

According to the county on the 15th, this Island Winter Flower Festival will take place in a 5-hectare area within Cheonsaseom Bonsai Park, where 17,000 baby camellia trees are planted. Visitors can stroll along a 3 km baby camellia flower path and enjoy viewing 30 million baby camellia blossoms.
During the festival, various experiential events and unique photo zones will be set up to harmonize with the baby camellia flowers blooming amidst the winter snowflakes, providing visitors with joy and memorable experiences.
In particular, with the phased daily recovery (With Corona) Stage 1 having started on the 1st, more visitors will be able to visit the baby camellia path and have an opportunity to heal their body and mind tired from COVID-19.
Accordingly, the festival will be conducted in compliance with government quarantine guidelines, including strict mask-wearing, temperature checks, and visitor registration.
Cheonsaseom Bonsai Park, where the festival is held, is located on a 50,000-pyeong site on the southern foothills of Songgongsan in Aphae-eup, overlooking the beautiful Dadohae Sea Garden spanning 50 million pyeong.
Additionally, it is equipped with a bonsai garden, wildflower garden, arboretum, flower garden, and forest bathing area. It also exhibits various premium bonsai and Shona sculptures, which are the essence of African stone culture, making it a rare flower garden literally above the sea in midwinter.
