[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] On the 14th, Seoul City announced that it has reported all participants of the National Workers' Rally organized by the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) held in the Dongdaemun area on the 13th to the police.
The city reported them on charges of violating the Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act for holding a large-scale rally in the Dongdaemun area of Jongno-gu, Seoul, for about two hours from 2 PM to 4 PM the previous day.
Earlier, Seoul City had issued a prohibition notice against the KCTU's notification plan to gather about 10,000 people and march in downtown Seoul in relation to this rally last month.
