Seoul City Hosts 'Cultural Todaktodak Traveling Performance' at Donuimun Museum Village
Trot National Sports Festival Participants Shin Mirae and Kang Seung-yeon to Appear with Brass Tong, the Brass Instrument Performance Team
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Seoul City announced on the 12th that it will resume in-person performances of the 'Healing Through Culture - Traveling Performances' simultaneously with the implementation of the With-Corona social distancing phase.
On the 13th, Seoul City will hold a traveling performance at the outdoor yard of Donuimun Museum Village in Jongno-gu, featuring trot singers Shin Mirae and Kang Seung-yeon, along with the brass instrument performance team Brass Tong. This performance is a 'Retro' special that harmonizes with the basic concept of Donuimun Museum Village and is composed of the 'trot' genre, loved by people of all ages.
This performance will be conducted as an interactive show where the host and performers communicate with the audience and share warmth, in line with the basic purpose of 'Healing Through Culture' to comfort citizens exhausted by COVID-19. Highlight videos of the performance will be uploaded on the 'Healing Through Culture' YouTube channel.
Including this performance, various themed 'traveling performances' will be held across Seoul until the end of the year. Anyone who is a Seoul citizen can apply for the 'Story Submission Traveling Performance,' and detailed information on how to apply and about the performances can be found on the 'Healing Through Culture' website.
