Hanmi Semiconductor's Micro SAW is equipment used to cut semiconductor packages. It is noted as the first case to overcome the Japanese companies that previously dominated the market. Following the initial release of the Micro SAW P2 series in June, the company recently launched the Micro SAW P1 series, a high-end PCB (FC-BGA) cutting equipment for advanced packages used in CPUs and GPUs. They are preparing follow-up models to support various types of system semiconductor packages.
