[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Global fan communication platform company DearU is showing a rise in the 20% range after entering the stock market with a "ttasang" (first-day double price limit up) on its listing day.
At 9:44 a.m. on the 10th, DearU was trading at 64,400 KRW, up 24% from the opening price of 52,000 KRW on the KOSDAQ market. On that day, DearU surged to the price limit (30%) at 67,600 KRW shortly after the market opened. Although the opening price was set at double the public offering price (26,000 KRW) and it succeeded in reaching the upper price limit during the session, the increase has slightly decreased since then.

DearU was established in 2017 and is a fan platform company providing communication platforms such as "DearU Bubble," which allows artists and fans to interact. It recorded a demand forecast competition rate of 2000 to 1 from institutions, the third highest among KOSDAQ companies in history, and in the general subscription, it recorded a deposit amount of 17.1402 trillion KRW and a competition rate of 1598.15 to 1.
