The Deoksugung Management Office, together with Shinhan Bank, launched the "Deoksugung Audio Guide Service via Smartphone" on the 9th. This program allows visitors to explore Deoksugung using their smartphones without renting audio guide devices. By scanning the information pattern (QR code) on the Deoksugung entrance signboard, users are linked to Shinhan Bank's social contribution website to listen to the guide. The service features various engaging content, including dramas adapted from historical events. The recordings include performances by actress Yoo In-na and professional voice actors. An official stated, "Visitors can naturally move to the next location or shift their gaze following the guide," adding, "Audio guides are also provided in English, Chinese, and Japanese, along with sign language videos."
