[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 4th, Kim Young-jong, Mayor of Jongno-gu, attended the 10th Filial Piety Award Ceremony held at Changsin Art Hall (Jibong-ro 5-gil 7-5) and presented awards to this year’s recipients.
The event, hosted by the Jongno-gu Filial Piety Headquarters (Chairman Lim Man-seop), was an occasion to honor residents who have contributed to spreading the culture of filial piety in the local community by respecting elders and showing devotion to their parents. The ceremony began joyfully with a talent donation singing performance by residents, announced a total of 18 awardees, and Mayor Kim Young-jong personally expressed his gratitude.
