Honam University Career Center Accelerates H-ACE Talent Development
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Honam University Career Development Center (Director Kim Eun-ah) announced on the 5th that it has been systematically operating the H-ACE talent development step-by-step program to nurture outstanding talents for power system public enterprises since the beginning of this year.
The H-ACE talent development program, operated in a total of four stages, conducted the first stage twice, where employment strategies were established through job analysis of power system public enterprises, allowing individuals to create personalized employment plans.
In the second stage, support was provided to strengthen employment capabilities through special lectures on document screening and interview preparation for power system public enterprises, and customized follow-up management is being supported through one-on-one counseling for all participants.
Additionally, the third stage supports NCS basic vocational competency evaluation problem-solving, preparation classes for the Korean History Proficiency Test, and the Computer Utilization Level 1 certification course, continuously operating a systematic curriculum to nurture outstanding talents.
Jang Eun-seok, a senior student in the Department of Electronic Engineering, said, "Various programs are being supported to prepare for power system public enterprises, which has been very helpful, and I am actively utilizing the program as it provides the actual necessary content and know-how."
Kim Eun-ah, director of the Career Development Center, said, "We will establish a long-term management system through systematic education and support students in various ways to nurture outstanding talents in the power system sector."
