View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] On the 5th, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT) announced that it signed a "Business Agreement for Discovering and Nurturing Innovative Startups in the Digital and Green Energy Sectors" with Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) at Front1 in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
This agreement was established to combine KODIT's financial support infrastructure with KEPCO's energy technology support infrastructure to discover and support the growth of innovative startups in the digital and green new deal energy sectors with excellent future growth potential.
According to the agreement, KEPCO will discover innovative startups in the digital and green energy sectors and recommend them to KODIT, while supporting KEPCO's small and medium enterprise co-growth policies such as collaborative research and development (R&D).
KODIT will provide customized guarantees according to the growth stages for startups recommended by KEPCO, offering preferential guarantee ratios and fees. Additionally, KODIT will give preferential treatment during the public recruitment and selection process of its representative startup nurturing platform, "Startup Nest," and provide opportunities to participate in KODIT's private investment support platform, "You Connect Series," to assist in attracting private investment.
