Husentec Confirms Corporate Seal Forgery on Proxy Documents... "Strong Response"

On the 1st, Husentec filed a complaint with the Seoul Suseo Police Station against executives of H Private Equity and the CEO of J Company for fraud, forgery of private documents, and false entry in a certified document, after forging the corporate seal to create a loan agreement worth 10.5 billion KRW.
The company stated, “We received a forgery appraisal report from the International Document Forensic Institute confirming that the corporate seal on the power of attorney, which Mr. C claimed to have prepared as Husentec’s agent, was forged.”

A company official said, “We will nullify the certified document based on the false loan agreement and suspend enforcement until the main judgment is delivered to defend against the company’s seizure measures,” adding, “We will ensure that company operations are not disrupted.” He further added, “We will actively cooperate with the investigation to clarify the facts.”
