[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] NCSoft's 'Purple' launched the global service of the new MMORPG 'Lineage W' on the 4th.
Purple is NCSoft's cross-play service. Users in 12 countries including Korea, Taiwan, and Japan can use Purple to seamlessly switch between PC and mobile while playing. It supports six languages: Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Indonesian.
Users can use 'Purple Talk,' a real-time AI translation feature. 'Purple Talk' allows users to chat with others even without logging into the game. All chats are automatically translated into one of the 12 languages selected by the user.
