According to the county, the regular meeting involved reports on major initiatives by each organization and discussions on measures to improve human rights for socially vulnerable groups. It also established the roles and operational forms of each organization to ensure substantial operation and systematic management for the protection of socially vulnerable groups in island areas.
In addition, related organizations will collaborate to conduct joint inspections of workers in island areas and thoroughly investigate working conditions, basic livelihood security recipients and disabled workers, and wage arrears.

A county official stated, "We are considering strong administrative measures such as business suspension in cases of human rights violations against socially vulnerable groups, and we will conduct thorough investigations through joint and surprise inspections to prevent any human rights violations."
