The Cultural Heritage Administration's Palace and Royal Tombs Division and the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation announced on the 2nd that they will resume the 'Suragan Tasting Experience' in accordance with the phased transition to daily recovery (With Corona). From the 5th to the 15th, 'Night Saenggwabang,' 'Gourmet Multiplication Tasting Experience,' and 'Kitchen Alley' will be held at the Sojubang in Gyeongbokgung Palace. 'Night Saenggwabang' is the nighttime version of the existing 'Gyeongbokgung Saenggwabang,' allowing visitors to fully enjoy Saenggwabang. 'Gourmet Multiplication Tasting Experience' is a program where Daeryeongsuksu, a male royal court chef of Joseon, explains the Oesojuabang and Gweeban and serves related dishes. Gweeban was a food tray served to soldiers, senior court ladies, and maids. In 'Kitchen Alley,' roasted sweet potatoes, Pogye (Joseon's grilled chicken), and grilled Sanjeok are provided. Reservations can be made from 2 p.m. on the 3rd through 11st Street Tickets. The fee is 16,000 won.
