POSCO to Operate 120-Seat Hub Offices in Yeouido and Euljiro
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyewon] POSCO Group announced that starting from the 1st, it will operate shared hub offices for employees of group companies.
POSCO Group has established 'With POSCO Work Station,' shared hub offices for group companies, with 70 seats at Park One in Yeouido, Seoul, and 50 seats at Geumsegi Building in Euljiro. This initiative aims to reduce the fatigue of employees commuting long distances in the Seoul area, enhance work concentration, and create an autonomous and flexible work environment tailored to remote work established after the COVID-19 pandemic and the preferences of MZ generation employees.
The POSCO Group hub offices provide various office spaces such as individual focus seats, multi-person lounges, and meeting rooms so that employees can work without any difference from their existing offices. Employees who wish to work at the hub office can plan their work schedule on a weekly basis, obtain prior approval, and make reservations before use. In the future, an application will be developed to allow employees to select and reserve seats and meeting rooms directly, enhancing convenience.
