Hampyeong-gun Successfully Completes Menopause Health Class 'Boosting Energy with Hanbang'
For Symptomatic Individuals Aged 45 and Over Experiencing Menopause
[Hampyeong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] The Hampyeong County Health Center in Jeollanam-do conducted a health class called ‘Hanbang Energy Boost’ for menopausal symptom sufferers aged 45 and older in the area.
According to the county health center on the 29th, this education program, aimed at promoting a proper understanding of menopause, was held over eight sessions from September to the 20th of this month.
The program consisted of various activities such as meditation, horticulture, Hanbang education, and aromatherapy, designed to help menopausal women overcome mental and physical challenges, receiving great responses from participants.
As a result of a survey conducted among 20 participants who completed the program, 90% of respondents said they gained the ability to manage menopausal symptoms, and the re-participation rate was an impressive 100%.
