Sejong-si Announces Individual Official Land Prices... Objections Accepted Until Next Month
[Asia Economy (Sejong) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Sejong City announced on the 29th that it has determined and publicly notified the individual official land prices for 2,765 parcels affected by reasons such as division, merger, and land category changes as of July 1.
Objections to the announced individual official land prices can be submitted until the 29th of next month.
The individual official land prices can be viewed at the City Hall Land Information Division, town/myeon/dong civil service offices, the City Hall website, and the Real Estate Official Price Notification Service.
For lands with submitted objections, the city plans to re-verify the appropriateness of the price assessment through appraisers and notify the objectors individually of the results after deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Notice Committee.

Kim Jae-ju, head of the City Land Information Division, said, “Individual official land prices are used as the basis for various taxes and charges,” and urged, “Landowners and stakeholders must check the individual official land prices within the designated period.”
