[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jonghwa] Coas, a company specializing in office environments, has opened a library for its employees.
The purpose is for employees to enhance their expertise in their respective fields through better thinking and methods by reading books, while also accumulating culture and knowledge to increase the value of their lives. A space where employees can freely read books has been prepared on the 1st and 2nd floors of the headquarters showroom located in Dangsan, and a book management system for borrowing and returning books has been introduced, allowing employees to request or borrow desired books.
Along with the opening of the in-house library, Coas is also conducting an internal reading promotion campaign. Events such as recommending books among employees will be held, aiming to create various communication opportunities through books.
