Korea Exchange Holds M&A Training and Property Briefing Session
[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] The Korea Exchange announced on the 27th that it will hold an online 'M&A Education and Property Briefing Session' on November 4th for listed companies and members of the KRX M&A brokerage network. The KRX M&A brokerage network is an online platform established to support M&A and investment attraction between listed companies and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The M&A education program was prepared to raise interest in M&A among listed companies and to support the development of professional personnel. The training consists of practical and field-oriented content, including M&A procedures, success strategies, recent trends, and case analysis.
At the property briefing session, M&A specialized institutions will directly provide information on companies wishing to sell or attract investment to listed companies, etc. Six specialized institutions (Samil Accounting Corporation, Zeta Plan Invest, Shinhan Financial Investment, Qders, Intercapital, Biz Hospital) will introduce 21 companies, and additional inquiries and individual consultations regarding interested companies will be possible after the briefing session.

A Korea Exchange official said, "We expect that the exchange of M&A and investment information will help listed companies enter new businesses and achieve innovative growth through M&A and corporate investment," adding, "Going forward, the Exchange will strive to provide services tailored to corporate needs to support the growth of promising companies."
